Welcome to Royal Dach Hund Puppies. By purchasing a puppy or engaging in services through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transactions.
1. General Terms
All sales of dachshund puppies are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a puppy or placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Puppy Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
Full payment must be completed before the puppy is released to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payments can be made via approved methods listed on our website.
3. Puppy Health and Health Guarantee
Each puppy comes with a health guarantee, covering life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for a specified period.
Puppies are provided with veterinary records, vaccination history, and deworming information.
Buyers are responsible for routine veterinary care, including vaccinations, check-ups, and preventative care.
The health guarantee does not cover injuries, illnesses, or conditions caused by neglect, improper care, or accidents.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping or delivery fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
We take every precaution to ensure safe transport, but buyers must assume responsibility once the puppy leaves our care.
Buyers must provide a safe and prepared environment for their puppy’s arrival.
5. Return and Replacement Policy
If a puppy is found to have a covered health issue under our guarantee, we will work with the buyer for a replacement puppy, veterinary reimbursement, or other solutions, as outlined in our Health Guarantee.
Royal Dach Hund Puppies reserves the right to request documentation from a licensed veterinarian to process any claims.
6. Breeding and Spay/Neuter Agreement
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all puppies are sold as pets, not for breeding purposes.
Buyers agree to spay or neuter their puppy as required and will provide proof if requested.
Unauthorized breeding may void the health guarantee.
7. Adoption and Rehoming
Any rescue, adoption, or rehoming services provided by Royal Dach Hund Puppies are subject to these terms.
Buyers agree to provide safe, humane, and permanent homes for adopted or rehomed pets.
8. Limitation of Liability
Royal Dach Hund Puppies is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or care of a puppy.
Our responsibility is limited to the terms outlined in our Health Guarantee and this agreement.
